With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "UTV Software in talks to buy stake in Dhruva Interactive", UTV Software Communications Ltd has clarified that the article is an independent story by the publication and did not emanate from any official press release from the Company. Further the Company has informed that, there are no such proposals having been discussed by the Board of Directors of the nature stated in the news report.
