Pidilite Industries Updates on Singapore subsidiary

Pidilite Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of Pidilite International Pte Ltd, Singapore, wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Company of the Company at their meeting held on December 15, 2006 has decided to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary Company in Singapore under the name of "Pidilite Innovation Centre Pte Ltd" or such other name as may be approved by the concerned authorities in Singapore to carry out research and development and related activities.
