Infrastructure major Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has emerged as the lowest bidder (L-1) for a massive water resources project worth ₹2,524.32 crore (excluding GST), awarded by the Water Resources Department (WRD), Government of Chhattisgarh.

Project Name: Construction of Sikasar to Kodar Reservoir Link Canal (Pipeline) under the Pairy Project Scheme.

Awarding Authority: Water Resources Department (WRD), Government of Chhattisgarh (Domestic Entity).

Project Cost: ₹2,524.32 Crore (Excluding GST).

Execution Mode: Lump-sum mode.

Completion Schedule: 30 Months.

Scope of Work: Pipeline construction, testing, trial runs, commissioning, and subsequent Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for 5 years post-completion.
