On a consolidated basis, Birlasoft recorded total revenue from operations of ₹13,793.96 million for Q1 FY27. This represents a 7.36% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to ₹12,848.98 million in Q1 FY26, alongside a sequential expansion of 2.28% from ₹13,486.25 million reported in Q4 FY26.
With other net income contributing ₹290.27 million, the company's total income for the quarter reached ₹14,084.23 million, up from ₹13,179.99 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Operational Expenses: Total consolidated expenses for the quarter stood at ₹11,802.49 million, compared to ₹11,518.26 million in Q1 FY26. Net Profit (PAT): Consolidated profit after tax jumped 51.26% YoY to ₹1,609.97 million against ₹1,064.34 million in Q1 FY26. While net profit saw a sequential moderation from ₹1,759.32 million in Q4 FY26 due to tax adjustments, operational profitability remained strong.
Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for the quarter reached ₹5.72 (Diluted: ₹5.70), up substantially from ₹3.81 (Diluted: ₹3.78) in Q1 FY26.
Total Comprehensive Income: Factoring in other comprehensive losses of ₹34.88 million (primarily driven by foreign currency translation adjustments), total comprehensive income attributable to the owners of the company came in at ₹1,575.09 million, compared to ₹1,367.48 million in Q1 FY26.

Profit Before Tax: Standalone PBT expanded nearly fourfold to ₹1,962.27 million, registering a 296.04% YoY surge over ₹495.47 million reported in Q1 FY26. Sequentially, PBT grew by 50.21% from ₹1,306.30 million in Q4 FY26.
Net Profit: Standalone profit for the period rose 300% YoY to ₹1,467.85 million, compared to ₹367.01 million in Q1 FY26 and ₹986.74 million in Q4 FY26.
