Renewable energy solutions provider Suzlon Energy Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The group posted a consolidated net profit after tax of ₹305.22 crore for the quarter, alongside a revenue expansion of 22.5% year-on-year compared to the same period in the previous fiscal.

Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS stood at ₹0.22 per equity share of face value ₹2 each (unannualised), compared to ₹0.24 in Q1 FY26 and ₹0.81 in Q4 FY26.

Segment Performance & 'Suzlon 2.0' Realignment
During the quarter, the Group updated its reportable segment names to reflect its 'Suzlon 2.0' vision. The former 'Wind Turbine Generator' segment is now named 'Renewable Energy Solutions', housing existing wind energy operations along with emerging renewable offerings. The 'Operation & Maintenance Service' segment is now termed 'RE Asset Management Services'. The company noted that this change does not affect the composition or financial reporting of segments.
Segment Breakdown (Q1 FY27)
Renewable Energy Solutions: Recorded segment revenue of ₹3,174.31 crore (up 27.2% YoY from ₹2,494.57 crore) and segment results of ₹264.37 crore. Segment assets stood at ₹12,064.44 crore.
RE Asset Management Services: Revenue reached ₹631.88 crore (up 8.1% YoY from ₹584.45 crore) with segment results of ₹212.06 crore. Segment assets stood at ₹2,229.94 crore.
Foundry & Forging: Generated revenue of ₹125.86 crore (vs ₹146.49 crore in Q1 FY26) with segment results of ₹11.74 crore.
Others: Generated revenue of ₹2.20 crore with segment results of ₹1.48 crore.
Inter-segment revenue eliminations for the quarter amounted to ₹114.89 crore, yielding net operational revenue of ₹3,819.36 crore.
