Sagility Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.10

The board of directors of Sagility Limited has recommended the final dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.10/-per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each to the Shareholders of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March 2026. The dividend recommended by the Board of the Company is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. Information regarding record date and dividend payment date will be informed in due course of time.
