Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Ltd receives LoI worth Rs. 57.80 crores

Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Limited (SICL) has received a Letter of Intent for the execution of Civil, Structure, Waterproofing and Allied works for Westin Hotel project - Survey No. 12,13, located beside Kundalahalli Metro Station, EPIP Area Whitefield Bangalore - 560 066, India by Innmar Tourism and Hotels Private Limited for the contract value of Rs. 57,80,52,217/- (Rupees Fifty Seven Crores Eighty Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventeen only) plus applicable taxes, duties and levies.

SICL is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Puravankara Limited.

Shares of Puravankara Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 211.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 214.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23426 in over 539 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 214.50 and intraday low of 208.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4943089.00.
