Stove Kraft Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The board of directors of Stove Kraft Limited has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 3.50/- per Equity Share of Rs.10 each (35%) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Company has fixed Friday, 04 September 2026 as the record date for the purpose of determining the members entitled attend AGM and receive dividend. The dividend on equity shares if declared, at the AGM will be paid to the members within thirty days from the date of AGM.

Shares of Stove Kraft Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 563.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 555.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 60650 in over 2531 trades.
