Amba Enterprises Limited declares final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The board of directors of Amba Enterprises Limited have recommended declaration of final dividend @ 15% i.e. 0.75 paise per Equity shares on Face Value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2025-26 subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at ensuing Annual General meeting.The said Final Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM shall be paid/despatched to all eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of AGM.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, has been fixed as Friday, 19th June 2026.

Shares of Amba Enterprises Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 118.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 123.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7856 in over 156 trades.
