HP Adhesives Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.40

The board of directors of HP Adhesives Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.40/- (20%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
