Sarla Performance Fibers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31,2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The Promoters and the promoter group have expressed that they will be waiving their rights to receive the dividend.

The dividend, if approved, will be paid within the statutory timelines to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the record date to be fixed for this purpose.

Shares of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 88.17 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20381 in over 445 trades.
