              Alan Scott Omnis AI Private Limited ('Omnis AI'), a subsidiary of Alan Scott Enterprises Ltd, has formally launched its proprietary Artificial Intelligence ('AI') agent's orchestration platform named Zynd.
Zynd is a decentralised interoperability and trust protocol that enables AI agents to discover, authenticate, and collaborate securely across networks. Each agent on the platform operates with cryptographically verifiable identity, encrypted communication, and governed collaboration - forming a foundational layer for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) in autonomous systems.
Zynd is designed to power the next generation of intelligent ecosystems, including stable-coin networks, agentic commerce platforms, and transformative innovations in healthcare and finance - sectors that are currently undergoing massive technological and regulatory disruption globally. This positions Zynd as a trust and interoperability backbone for the emerging AI-driven digital economy.
The launch marks a major step in Omnis AI's mission to build trusted Al infrastructure and incubate nextgeneration AI ventures focused on responsible, transparent, and compliant intelligence frameworks.
