Kesar India Limited has acquired land admeasuring approximately 1.32 Hector (3.261 Acres) situated at Mauza Takli, Tahsil Hingna, District Nagpur, today i.e. on May 21, 2025. The said land is adjacent to two lands which were acquired on May 09, 2025 & May 16, 2025, as on date the company has acquired total land parcel approximately 19.11 Hectares (47.218 Acres) at Mauza Takli, Tahsil Hingna, District Nagpur.

Shares of Kesar India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 680.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 687.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1800 in over 9 trades.
