Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The board of directors of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited has approved the recommendation of final dividend of 250% i.e. Rs. 2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty Paise) per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting.

The record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend, if declared, shall be Friday, August 2, 2024.
