The Board of directors of Piramal Enterprises Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share of face value of Rs. 2 each (i.e. @ 500%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, which shall be paid/dispatched after the 77th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
