Avenue Supermarts Limited approves 26% stake in FP Ampere Energy Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Avenue Supermarts Limited at their meeting held today i.e. 16th March, 2024 have approved acquisition of 26% stake in the equity share capital of FP Ampere Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fourth Partner Energy Private Limited subject to signing of Transaction documents.

Shares of Avenue Supermarts Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3934.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3995.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7141 in over 1436 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4020.00 and intraday low of 3904.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28386993.00.
