BLS International Services Ltd's arm reaches end of contract with PSeGS

BLS International Services Limited has announced that the agreement between company's step-down subsidiary, BLS Kendras Private Limited and the Punjab State e-Governance Society ("PSeGS"), executed on July 27, 2018, has reached the end of its contract period from November 27, 2023.

The revenue contribution derived from this contract amounted to less than 5% of company's audited consolidated revenues for the financial year 2023.

Shares of BLS International Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 260.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 262.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23781 in over 484 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 265.35 and intraday low of 260.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6228656.00.
