EIH Ltd to construct new 5 star Trident Hotel at Tirupati

EIH Ltd's subsidiary Mumtaz Hotels Limited in its Board Meeting held on 1st November 2023 has approved for construction of a hotel in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

The new hotel Trident – Tirupati will be a 5 star Trident hotel with 100 rooms catering to domestic and international travelers.

The investment of Rs. 142 crores in the above project will be financed through internal accrual and debt.

The hotel is expected to be in operation by 30th March 2027.

Shares of EIH Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 226.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 224.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11214 in over 292 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 227.20 and intraday low of 222.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2520977.00.
