Angel One Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 12.70

The Board of directors of Angel One Ltd has declared 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24 at the rate of Rs. 12.70 per share on equity shares having face value of Rs. 10 per share, as on the Record date.

The Record Date for determining eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said Interim Dividend, as declared by the Board of Directors shall be Friday, October 20, 2023.

The dividend shall be paid on or before November 10, 2023 to those members, whose names appear on the Register of Members or in records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on the closure of business hours of Friday, October 20, 2023, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Angel One Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2103.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2104.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39767 in over 3404 trades.
