Cummins India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 13

The Board of directors of Cummins India Ltd has considered and recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 13/- (650%) per equity shares on 277,200,000 fully paid-up equity shares (Face Value Rs. 2/- each) for the Financial Year 2022-23 in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 12/- per share declared on February 08, 2023. The Dividend warrants for the said Final Dividend, if declared/approved by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be dispatched by August 29, 2023 and the dividend will be paid on August 31, 2023.

Shares of Cummins India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1593.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1684.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55790 in over 5262 trades.
