Sonata Software Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 8.75

The Board of Directors of Sonata Software Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 13th May 2023, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 8.75/- per equity share (875% on par value Re. 1/-), subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

Shares of Sonata Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 861.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 851.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7090 in over 531 trades.
