Khadim India Ltd., the second largest retail footwear brand announces the revised leadership structure post approval from the Board Members. The Company has entrusted Rittick Roy Burman, Whole-time Director, to manage the regular affairs & overall operations effective from March 24, 2023. Rittick is a member of the Promoter Group and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. He will be reporting to Mr. Siddhartha Roy Burman, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company.
Speaking on this, Mr. Siddhartha Roy Burman, Chairman and Managing Director, Khadim India Ltd. said: "Rittick has been associated in a leadership role of the organisation from 2019 as a Whole-time Director. Rittick joined the business at an early age just after completing his graduation. Over the years he has acquired knowledge in the manufacturing, processes, retail and merchandising, product development along with participating in the long-term strategy and decision making process of the Company.

Rittick is a commerce graduate from Calcutta University and an alumnus of University of California, Berkeley.
The change in leadership is announced following the resignation of former CEO, Ms. Namrata Ashok Chotrani effective March 23, 2023 (COB).
Shares of Khadim India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 194.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 196.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1471 in over 176 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 196.55 and intraday low of 192.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 285921.00.
