Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 07th day of February, 2023, has approved the Declaration of Interim dividend @25% i.e. Rs. 0.50/- per equity share on 57604200 equity shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each.

The Board has fixed Monday, February 20, 2022, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of interim dividend for the F.Y. 2022-23 and dividend shall be paid/ dispatched within the period as stipulated in the Companies Act, 2013.
