Ascensive Educare Ltd board approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Ascensive Educare Limited in their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 11th January, 2023 which commenced at 01.00 PM and concluded at 04.00 PM have, considered and approved the issue of up to 7,00,000 equity shares of the Company by way of Preferential Issue.

The board approves issuance of up to 7,00,000 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares"), on a preferential basis ("Preferential Issue") in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 ("SEBI ICDR Regulations"), as amended, and other applicable laws, at a price of Rs. 24.66/- per Equity Share aggregating to Rs. 1,72,62,000/- (One Crore Seventy-Two Lakhs and Sixty-Two Thousand Only), subject to the approval of the Members of the Company and such regulatory / statutory authorities as may be applicable.
