Espire Hospitality Limited has entered into a lease agreement with M/s Ranthambore Sailani Resorts for taking over their Hotel Situated at New Shooting Lodge Road, Ward No:48 Alanpur Road, Sawai Madhopur-322021, Rajasthan.

The expected date of commencement of Hotel is 01.04.2023 which will be run under the ZANA brand of the company as "Zana Sawai Madhopur".

M/s Ranthambore Sailani Resorts, is a partnership firm dealing in Hotel and Resorts Business, having office at Sawai Madhopur.

The Company is in advanced conversations with M/s Brentwoods International Limited, for taking over its resort located at 99 KM stone Delhi Agra Highway, Uttarpradesh - 281403.

M/s Brentwoods International Limited (A related party), is a Public Limited Company deals in Hotels and Resorts, having registered office in Mussoorrie.
