Sonata Software announces completion of merger of subsidiaries

Sonata Software Ltd has announced that the merger of its step-down subsidiary Company i.e., Interactive Business Information Systems Inc., in the US with Sonata Software North America, Inc., wholly-owned subsidiary of Sonata Software Limited (the "Company") has been completed.

Shares of Sonata Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 574.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 580.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7513 in over 952 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 586.25 and intraday low of 571.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4344286.00.
