Astron Paper and Bord Mill Limited to reduce production at Halvad plant for upgradation

Astron Paper and Board Mill Limited has announced plan to reduce the production quantity at plant located at Halvad, Gujarat (Unit 1), due to boiler modification and new upgraded turbine installation.

Boiler modification and new upgraded Turbine installation includes process like Shifting/Levelling, Alignment, Grouting, Curing, Inter connecting, Flushing, reassembling, instrumentation and electrical work, steam inlet and blowing, Oil Flushing, Voltage Built up, Power Generation.

This process will reduce fuel cost of the Company and it will help us to maintain better environment.

The full operations at Unit-1 Halvad, Gujarat will commence once the boiler modification and new upgraded turbine installation will be completed, latest by 15th September, 2022.

Shares of Astron Paper & Board Mill Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2864 in over 56 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 39.10 and intraday low of 38.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 110906.00.
