Bharat Forge forms subsidiary company Kalyani Lightweighting Technology Solutions Ltd

Bharat Forge Limited has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the name of "Kalyani Lightweighting Technology Solutions Limited" on July 12, 2022 under Corporate Identity Number U29299PN2022PLC213002 ("KL TSL").

KL TSL has been incorporated with a view of creating a separate vertical for aluminium business and for light weighting technology. KL TSL will focus on the manufacturing of aluminium components for automotive & industrial applications and carry out research and development activity on light weighting through new materials and technologies.

Shares of Bharat Forge Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 633.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 655.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32677 in over 2218 trades.
