HCL Technologies Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 10 for FY23

The Board of Directors of HCL Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on July 12, 2022, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The Record date of July 20, 2022, fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend has been confirmed by the Board of Directors. The Payment date of the said interim dividend shall be August 2, 2022.

Shares of HCL Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 928.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 943.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 276648 in over 12649 trades.
