The Board of Directors of Baid Leasing and Finance Company Ltd have approved the allotment of 6,00,34,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each as fully paid up - Bonus shares on June 22, 2022, in the ratio of 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 2/- each for every 1 ( One) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each held, to the eligible members whose name appear in the list of beneficial owners as on Record date i.e. June 21, 2022.
