Damodar Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Damodar Industries Ltd at their meeting held on Saturday, 28th May, 2022 has recommended a final dividend @ 10% of paid up equity share capital i.e. Rs. 0.50/- Paisa per equity share of F.V. Rs. 5/- each for the Financial Year 2021-2022 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Damodar Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 49.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5552 in over 170 trades.
