Acknit Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Acknit Industries Ltd at their meeting held on today i.e. 28th May, 2022 has recommended dividend of 15% (i.e. Rs.1.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
