The Board of Directors of Hisar Metal Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each (10%) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
