Ajanta Soya Limited fixes record date for stock split

The Board of Directors of Ajanta Soya Limited at its Meeting held on 26th May, 2022, has approved and fixed Friday, 17 June, 2022, as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of Shareholders, with regard to the sub-division of one (1) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) fully paid-up, into five (5) equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each fully paid-up.
