Aurionpro Solutions Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Aurionpro Solutions Ltd at its meeting held on 18th May, 2022, has recommended dividend of INR 2.50/- (25%) per equity share of the face value of INR 10/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2022 subject to approval of the same by the Members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
