Triveni Turbine Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.85, special dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of Directors of Triveni Turbine Ltd at their meeting held on Friday, May 13, 2022 has recommended payment of final dividend of Re 0.85 per equity share and a special dividend of Re 0.70 per equity share of Re 1/- each of the Company aggregating to Re 1.55 per equity share i.e. 155% for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company, which if approved shall be paid to shareholders (after deduction of tax at source) within thirty days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Triveni Turbine Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 173.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 179.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 65480 in over 2513 trades.
