Nazara Technologies recommends 1:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Nazara Technologies Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held on Friday, May 13, 2022 has considered and approved the recommendation for Bonus issue of 1 (one) equity share for every 1 (one) equity share held, subject to approval by the shareholders and any other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals. Further, the Bonus equity shares will be credited to those shareholders who are holding equity shares as on the record date to be determined by the Board.
