Anupam Rasayan India Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Anupam Rasayan India Ltd at their meeting held on May 12, 2022 have recommended the dividend of INR 1/- at 10% per equity share of face value of INR 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved, by the shareholders will be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
