Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of Directors of Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd at its meeting held on May 12, 2022, has recommended dividend at the rate Rs. 0.40 per share (20%) of face value of Rs. 2 each on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend payout is subject to the Members' approval at the forthcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
