Kapashi Commercial Ltd is now Sera Investments & Finance India Limited

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, North Western Region, ROC Bhavan, Opposite Rupal Park Society, Behind Ankur Bus Stop, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-380013, Gujarat has issued fresh certificate of Incorporation dated April 30, 2022 consequent to change of name of the Company from 'Kapashi Commercial Limited' to 'Sera Investments & Finance India Limited'.

The Company has also obtained approval from Reserve Bank of India ('RBI') for proposed change of name of the Company vide its letter reference no. AMD.DOs.RGS.No.S49/01-12-127/2021-2022 dated April 18, 2022. With this, new name of the Company is 'Sera Investments & Finance India Limited'.

Shares of KAPASHI COMMERCIALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 77.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 77.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23057 in over 221 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 81.50 and intraday low of 74.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1790530.00.
