Lagnam Spintex recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Lagnam Spintex Limited at its meeting held on 16-Apr-2022, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each i.e., 5% for the year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders.
