Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, approved the payment of interim dividend of ₹ 1.50 per equity share of (i.e. 15% of the face value of ₹ 10/- per equity share) of the Company to the shareholders of the Company, whose names shall appear in the Company's Register of Members as at the close of business hours on the record date i.e. December 22, 2025 as well as to those beneficial holders, who are registered in the records of Depositories as at the close of business hours on the record date.
