The said work order was received by the Company on 16th December 2025, and accordingly, we are making this disclosure within the prescribed timeline.

The work order pertains to 400 KV EHV Line Forest Approvals Clearance work at Phase-2 of NAV2 Project at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
