Ultra Tech Cement arm invests in RAK Cement Co.

UltraTech Cement Middle East Investments Limited, ("UCMEIL") a wholly owned subsidiary of Ultra Tech Cement Limited in UAE, has invested in 29.39% equity share capital of 'RAK Cement Co. for White Cement and Construction Materials PSC', ("RAKWCT') a Company listed on the Abu Dhabi and Kuwait stock exchanges. This together with the existing shareholding, will result in UCMEIL holding 29.79% of RAKWCT's equity share capital.

Shares of UltraTech Cement Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6726.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6775.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7614 in over 1828 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6837.35 and intraday low of 6694.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 51389915.00.
