The Tinplate Company of India recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors ('the Board') of The Tinplate Company of India Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today, i.e. April 12, 2022, has recommended a dividend of ₹ 4/- per Equity Share of face value ₹10/- each (40%) to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend recommended by the Board of the Company is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and will be paid post the AGM.
