Jain as Managing Director of the company subject to approval of shareholders of the company for a further period of 3 Years. The appointment will be effective from 7th May, 2022.

Mr. Vinod K. Jain aged 51 years, has been promoter director of the Company since the inception of the company. He has over two-and-a-half decades of experience in the financial services space.
