Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 4.95

The Board of Directors of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd at their Meeting held on Friday, 11 Feb 2022 has declared an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 @ Rs. 4.95 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, amounting to Rs. 56.70 crore, out of profits of the Company for the nine months period ended 31st December, 2021. The Board of Directors has fixed Wednesday, 23 Feb 2022 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the Interim Dividend for FY 2021-22.
