Sage Organics Pvt Ltd ceases to be subsidiary of Diana Tea Company Ltd

Diana Tea Company Limited had incorporated a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Company in the name and style of "Sage Organics Private Limited"(CINU52100WB2020PTC235759) in the state of West Bengal on January 8th, 2020 as intimated earlier. But with effect from 1st January, 2022, Sage Organics Private Limited is no more a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Company due to change in Share Capital of Sage Organics Pvt Ltd, the Shareholding of Diana Tea Company Limited has reduced from 100 percent to 16.99 percent due to allotment of Shares by Sage Organics Private Limited.

Shares of DIANA TEA CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 27.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 102856 in over 358 trades.
