RBL Bank Ltd allows Mr. Vishwavir Ahuja to proceed on leave with immediate effect

The Board of Directors of RBL Bank Ltd at its meeting held today i.e December 25, 2021 accepted the request of Mr Vishwavir Ahuja to proceed on leave with immediate effect.

The Board appointed Mr Rajeev Ahuja (currently the Executive Director) as interim Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank with immediate effect, subject to the regulatory and other approvals.

Shares of RBL Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 172.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 177.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 479689 in over 5444 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 179.70 and intraday low of 171.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 83551712.00.
