Anupam Finserv Ltd Board recommends 1:10 Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of Anupam Finserv Ltd in its meeting held today, the 22nd December, 2021, has, approved and recommended issue of Bonus Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each in the ratio 1:10 i.e. (Bonus issue of 1 (One) Equity Share of Re. 1/- each for every 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of the Company of Re. 1/- held by the members as on the record date subject to all the necessary approvals. The record date will be announced in due course.
